December 5th Meeting Information

By John Hartman

Ok well it was a trick finding a venue but we now have one.

6:30-9:30, Dec. 5, Fehrenbacher Hof

Fehrenbacher Hof
1225 SW 19th Ave
Portland, OR 97205
(503) 223-4493

The folks over at the Goose Hollow Inn/ Frehenbacher are really going the extra mile for us and accommodating a private meeting space. They have requested if at all possible for folks to put orders in early for food — Here is the menu * note the prices have changed on a few items and they have a few more options. They can provide can’s or bottled beer and provide some growlers of a few other beers(64oz) think pitcher, but have some limitations on draft beers etc. see menu for list of bottled beers.
My thought is to have the presentation in the Fehrenbacher Hof and possibly move over to the Goose Hollow for the mingling afterwards, this will make the bar selection a bit more extensive but we can work that out on the 5th. Again I want to emphasize how great these folks have been and kindly ask that you tip your servers well. They do have Wifi so if you like bring you gear and lets make some media! See you then.

  3. […] Many thanks to those who came out last night for Portland Social Media Geek Dinner with guest Chris Heuer.  The general consensus after last night’s discussions was that our heads were spinning, and that social media is the good kind of ebola   Thanks to Chris for coming up to Portland from the Bay Area; Chris has a lot of engaging and interesting topics of discussion, and if you weren’t at last night’s dinner you can read the Social Media Group’s blog to engage with Chris in those conversations.
